RE-OPENING PLANS: We are on track to be open June 3rd, we will be contacting all missed appointments beginning back from March to offer priority booking.
We will be working in salon Monday-Saturday by appointment only, we are not able to accept walk-in clients. During the first few weeks of opening we will be limiting the availability of blow dry styling. All coloring, cuts, nail & skin services will be available, but hair services accompanied by a blow dry style will be limited. This will lessen the flow of air during peak times in the salon and preserve our physically ability to provide the cutting and coloring services that all clients want as soon as possible. In addition, please understand that during our first few weeks we will not be scheduling any corrective coloring. If you arrive having box dyed your hair we will not be attempting to fix, alter or adjust until we can accommodate the amount of time needed for corrective coloring in our schedules.
We want you to know that we are taking the public health concern of this pandemic very seriously. We are fortunate to have such a large salon which enables us to provide the space required to ensure social distance. Having already enhanced our sanitation guidelines prior to the shutdown, we have taken this time to add further protective measures for our designers and guests.
The following policy and features have been set in place;
-All designers will only be in the salon when healthy, having had their temperature taken upon entry and will remain masked during their entire work day.
-Stations will be disinfected, equipment and hands sanitized between each client.
-Individual draping; either disposable single use, or freshly washed linens provided.
-We have further arranged our stations to provide more private areas for services, each over 6’ or partitioned from other seated guests.
-We have added hands free bathroom lighting, sensor hand towel dispensers & barriers between sinks.
-We are now equipped with UV light sterilization which will further disinfect all areas of the salon at the end of each workday.
-Additionally, our nail tables and reception desks have been equipped with acrylic barriers to provide further protection when face to face.
Appointment arrival guide, to ensure the upmost safety for all;
-To guarantee adequate social distance for our clients, only those being serviced will be permitted in the salon. All guests will be asked to remain in vehicles apart from a parent or guardian supervising a child during their service.
-Please arrive no earlier than your scheduled appointment as we will not be permitted to have an accessible waiting area. We ask that you remain in your vehicle until we can greet you at the door.
-We will only except clients that in the past 14 days have not had any Covid-19 symptoms, have not been placed on mandatory quarantine, have not been in contact with anyone that has tested Covid positive.
-A mask will be required for entry. (color clients will be provided disposable masks to change into)
-Your temperature must be taken by a forehead scan.
-Hand washing or sanitation is required immediately upon entry.
These protective measures will enable us to maintain a clean and safe environment for all.
