CANCELATION POLICY- Notice of cancelations must be received by EMAIL to HeadGamesStyle@gmail.com or spoken to a representative of salon at 518-383-3833.  
Time reserved with new talent & growing  designers requires full 24 hour notice of cancelation.  Time reserved with established designers requires 48 Hour notice of cancellation to avoid a fee.

50% of the service cost for time held time in our schedule will be charged for all appointments not canceled with full notice. If we are able to fill the appointment space the cancelation fee will be applied as a gift card added to the client profile of our booing system  for future use.

 
Brazilian Blowout  Keratin Treatments- Must receive a full 72 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a $100 fee for held time fee based on the amount of scheduled time occupied. 

Formal styling scheduled during MAY, JUNE & DECEMBER require a non refundable $50 deposit.

This is a career for the designers of the salon.  When scheduling  appointments time is blocked off in their schedules and held just for you. They lose the opportunity for any others to schedule in that slot. Late notice cancelations give no time to fill the slot causing loss of income that they rely on weekly. Please expect the same mutual respect for time from us. If there is ever a time one of the salon designers is sick we will work to accommodate scheduled services. 

Clients are always welcome to call , email or book online day of or day prior if time is available to avoid possible cancelation fees.
